At Camel City Mill, we stand behind the durability of our workwear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you have the toughest, most comfortable gear for the job, so we make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the pre-paid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
